Privacy notice

This site publishes information about companies, not about private individuals. This notice explains what personal data may still be involved and your rights under the GDPR.

Company data

Names, CRO numbers, company types, statuses, incorporation dates and registered office addresses are taken from the public register maintained by the Companies Registration Office under the Companies Act 2014. Business contact details (phone, email, website) are taken from the company's own public website. Where a registered office or contact detail identifies a sole director or an individual, we rely on legitimate interest in providing a public business directory, and we will remove or anonymise it on request.

Your requests

Emails sent to hello@whoinireland.com are kept only as long as needed to handle the request. To ask for access, correction or erasure of personal data, write to the same address.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies and runs no third-party trackers. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the font files are requested. The web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, requested page, user agent) for 14 days for security purposes.
